To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, naga45 requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

naga45 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Danamon, Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. naga45 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. The name on your withdrawal bank account must match the name registered on your naga45 account. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and have made at least one successful deposit. The naga45 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to maintain high service standards, technical issues may occasionally occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, naga45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
naga45 integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other services. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with them. Game outcomes are determined by the respective game provider's RNG system, not by naga45.
naga45 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government action, internet service provider failures, or power outages.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonuses will be forfeited. Your remaining account balance (after deducting bonuses) will be refunded to your registered bank account following standard withdrawal procedures, provided you have completed KYC verification and met all wagering requirements.
naga45 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account if we suspect violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or as required for regulatory compliance. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete. We will notify you via email regarding the reason for suspension and expected resolution timeframe.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued provision of services to you would violate applicable law. Upon termination, your account will be closed, and any remaining balance (excluding bonuses and winnings obtained through violation of these terms) will be refunded after deducting any amounts owed to naga45.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. naga45 may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on dormant accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To avoid fees, log in to your account or contact customer support to request account closure and withdrawal of remaining funds.
If you have a complaint regarding your account, a bet settlement, or any other aspect of our service, you must first contact naga45 customer support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Provide your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.). We will investigate and respond within 5-10 business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint - [Your Username]". Include all previous correspondence and supporting documentation. Senior management will review escalated complaints and provide a final decision within 15 business days.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings held in Indonesia.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which naga45 operates. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
